Welcome to Mableton Lawnmower. By bringing equipment to our shop for repair or service, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Services Mableton Lawnmower provides repair, maintenance, and diagnostic services for lawn mowers and small engine equipment. All work is performed based on information provided by the customer and the condition of the equipment at the time of service.
2. Diagnostic Fees All equipment is subject to a diagnostic fee. Diagnostic fees are charged whether or not you choose to proceed with repairs and are non-refundable.
3. Estimates and Authorization Repair estimates are provided based on initial inspection and diagnosis. Final repair costs may change if additional issues are discovered. Authorization may be required before proceeding with additional repairs.
4. Payment Terms – All Sales Final • All sales and repairs are final. • Full payment is due upon completion of repairs and before equipment is released. • No refunds will be issued for labor, parts, or diagnostic fees.
5. Equipment Pickup & Storage Fees Customers are responsible for picking up their equipment promptly once repairs are completed. • Equipment must be picked up within 6 days of completion. • A storage fee of $10 per day will be charged starting on day 7. • Equipment left 30 days or more after completion may be considered abandoned and may be sold to recover repair and storage costs, with no further notice.
6. Abandoned Equipment Mableton Lawnmower is not responsible for storing abandoned equipment beyond 30 days. Proceeds from the sale of abandoned equipment may be applied to outstanding balances, including repair and storage fees.
7. Limitation of Liability Mableton Lawnmower is not responsible for loss or damage to equipment caused by: • Fire • Theft • Accidental breakage • Acts of God or circumstances beyond our control Customers leave equipment at our shop at their own risk.
8. No Warranty on Pre-Existing Conditions Due to the age, condition, and prior use of equipment, Mableton Lawnmower does not guarantee against future failures or pre-existing issues not discovered during service.
9. Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for: • Providing accurate contact information • Responding promptly to repair updates • Picking up equipment within the stated timeframe Failure to do so may result in additional fees or disposal of equipment as outlined above.
10. Changes to Terms Mableton Lawnmower reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without notice. Updated terms will be posted on our website.
